Thanks so much for supporting Paint with Char! I'm thrilled to share my love of art with you through my online courses.
Because these courses are digital and available immediately after purchase, I’m not able to offer refunds or returns. Once you’ve got access to the content, it’s yours for keeps!

All courses, tutorials, and downloads are non-refundable. This is because they’re instantly accessible and can’t be “returned” in the traditional sense.
But—I want you to have a great experience! So if you:
• Have trouble accessing your course
• Accidentally purchased the wrong course
• Feel something’s missing or not working properly
